We're a results-driven community built around expert training, honest coaching, and real discipline. Not a franchise. Not a chain. A gym designed for the people of Nyeri, by people who care about this community.
We started Peak Fitness because Nyeri deserved more than a room full of equipment with no guidance. We wanted a structured training environment where every member has a plan, a coach watching their form, and a community pushing them forward.
Too many people pay for memberships they rarely use because they lack direction. We fixed that by building a place where structure is the default — not an add-on. From day one, our focus has been on results that are real, measurable, and sustainable.
Today, Peak Fitness is home to over 500 active members training across eight programs, guided by a team of ten certified coaches who genuinely know your name and your goals.
Three principles that guide how we train, how we coach, and how we continue to build this community.
To help every member build strength, improve wellness, and find confidence through expert coaching and an environment that actually motivates. Real change happens when the right guidance meets genuine community support.
To be Nyeri's most trusted fitness destination — known not just for results, but for the community and long-term change we help people build. We want members to look back and say this was the place that made the difference.
Commitment, integrity, discipline, and genuine care — in every class, session, and conversation on the gym floor. We don't oversell, we don't cut corners, and we don't make promises we can't back up.
We've built one specialized place for people who are serious about improvement — and our members stay because we deliver on that consistently.
Every coach holds professional certifications and brings real experience to every session. They notice when your form slips, remember your goals, and adjust your program when you plateau.
Members encourage each other — not just during class, but before and after. The gym floor has an energy that's hard to describe until you've trained in it.
Modern strength and cardio tools, serviced regularly. No broken cables, no worn-out benches — just gear that works when you need it.
Progress tracking built into your membership means you're never guessing whether you're improving. Numbers, assessments, and honest feedback at every stage.
Practical eating guidance that complements your training — not a generic plan that gets ignored. We help you build habits that actually stick.
Whether you're walking in for the first time or have trained for years — there's a program designed for exactly where you are right now.
Open from 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Morning person or evening trainer — we're here when you need us.
Not a franchise. Not a chain. A local gym built for this community, with coaches who know our members by name.
Certified, experienced, and genuinely invested in your progress. Our coaches bring technical skill and real accountability to every session.

"I've tried four different gyms in this area. Peak Fitness is the only one where I've stayed longer than two months. The trainers notice things, remember your goals, and hold you accountable without making you feel bad."
— Patricia N., 14 months as a member"I joined after a period of really poor health. Within six weeks, I was sleeping better, eating better, and actually looking forward to coming in. The environment is a big part of why the change has lasted."
— Samuel O., 9 months as a member"The nutrition guidance surprised me. I expected solid gym coaching — but having Grace help me understand how to eat around training made my results far better than I anticipated. My energy is more consistent than it's been in years."
