From "just trying to lose a bit of weight" to genuinely changing how I live.

"I came in with a simple goal — lose about eight kilos before a family event. I didn't expect to still be here a year and a half later. What kept me coming back wasn't just the physical results, though those came. It was the structure. Having somewhere to be, someone who knew whether you'd shown up, and a group of people working just as hard as you were.

Grace's nutrition coaching shifted how I think about food entirely. I stopped seeing meals as things to get through and started seeing them as part of training. My relationship with eating is different now — more intentional, less anxious.

The eight kilos turned into fourteen. But honestly, that's not what I'm most proud of. I'm proud that I'm still here. That I built something consistent. Peak Fitness gave me the environment — I just had to keep showing up."
